If you want your eye level to be raised up the only thing you can do is wear shoes with a bigger heel to them.

Once the human body has hit its growth potential you can not simply trick it into growing further by listening to something.

The only thing that can matter at all to your height either taller or shorter is how hydrated / dehydrated your body becomes - and that only makes a few centimeters of difference in back disc height.

Posture changes might help as well if you are used to slumping or something like that.

It is not that no one will help, it is a physical impossibility that anyone can help you with that request.

Like I said before in my >>47319 post, physical height changes or hands and feet changes are not something that can be regulated by mental conditioning or a specific brainwave pattern in your ears.

If you only want a sugar pill pretend file for that do a youtube search and you'll probably get dozens of fake binaural beats files.

But if you want actual physical changes of your body then you either need to have hard surgery done or a random head injury causing damage to your gland that produces hormones for continual growth.

Be forewarned though that the people who naturally have damage to this gland usually die pretty young.

I had a cousin that had some kind of medical condition that stunted his growth. Doctor put him on growth hormone and now he's pretty tall. Might be something to look into, but you probably won't get a prescription unless you have a medical condition.

assuming you're still under 25 years old or so, start sleeping on your back, with your legs stretched out as far as they'll go. additionally, do stretches periodically throughout the day.

this won't make you taller than you're genetically predisposed to be, but can help you become as tall as you should be before improper sleeping and inactivity combined with other factors to fuck you over.

There is also a rather extreme treatment were they break you leg bones, keep the two pieces separated a fraction of a millimeter, let them heal (so that the gap is filled with new bone growth), rinse and repeat. A lot of pain and inconvenience for an inch or two.
