So I got one of those cheap VR helmets that you put your phone into for the visuals for Christmas. How effective of a tool would this be for hypnosis and are there any files made with these helmets in mind? I also got Playstation Stereo headsets which are pretty nice since they cancel out outside noise and feel really nice on the ears.
