As far as I know.. Curse of the teeny weeny/alternative teeny weeny is said to be the most effective files for penis shrinking. Posters on WMM talk about it and say its even dangerous. It has been reported by posters that it messed with their hormones. I think there was pictures posted but the gallery crashed? Idk if you can still find them.. A lot of them happened to be fat too.

K31 does some penis shrinking files too but I've seen no evidence of them working what so ever.

The way they usually go about with these files is to induce impotence in the listener, somehow decrease testosterone production, shrink the balls, remove nocturnal erections, cold genitals, have the brain send signals to your weeny when aroused to stay small and playing with nipples instead.

Well if animal studies are anything to go by, the answer appears to be yes, or at least possibly.

Likewise, a study by Lue et al [6] investigated the weight of the testes after prolonged exposure to heat (on rats, surprisingly there were no human volunteers for this one!). They found that when exposed to 43 °C (109 °F) temperature for 15 minutes, T levels plummeted (49%), and a massive 65% reduction in testicular weight occurred.

A point to note is that rats and humans share pretty much identical testicular tissue so the results are pretty transferable to us.
