Your mind isn't stronger than usual, you're just approaching it from the wrong direction.
There is no normal state of consciousness, your mental state constantly shifts throughout the day. You open a book and lose yourself in the prose and your imagination. You turn on a screen to browse the internet, play some vidya, or watch a movie and forget about everything outside the screen even though it's all in front of you. Even as you walk around and do normalfag stuff, you don't consciously think about every action: your unconscious mind directs your posture, balance, and movement.
People are suggestible in those states as well (why else do you think companies pour so much into TV advertisements?), hypnosis is more open about it.
The biggest trick is learning to relax, your biggest obstacle is your own anxiety. If you're worried about a file, skim it briefly like an article or an imageboard thread to get the general idea and put your mind at ease. Don't worry about whether you're deeply entranced or not, and don't feel discouraged afterwards if you didn't go as deep as you hoped.
Like meditation, it takes practice and some pick it up faster than others. I suggest you begin by dealing with any stressful problems in your life or bad thought patterns first, then training with a single file for a week. Nikki Fatale's "Because" series is excellent for this, as is Neverside Labs' "Learn to Sleep for Me."
Hypnosis can be a wonderful experience even though today's community is full of self-destructive faggots like >>29117 and thots thirsting for your shekels. I feel bad for recommending it at all in the community's current state but if you get anything good out of it, more power to you.
