for example the more your sim learns the longer loading times will be for example a modded sims 3 game takes around 90 minutes to load first time on a high end pc as your sim learns more it takes more time to load and sims 4 is the same engine with some upgrades so be prepared to longer load times.

Not for Sims 4, he just got a corrupted save or something. Sims 3 on other hand … with all official expansion shit could degenerate to the point of loading for like 15 minutes, with some CC and god help you a corrupt piece of CC added to the mix, it could go around 25 minutes first load.
As far as getting some sort of training mod for sims 4 goes, I wouldnt keep your hopes up. Even this long after release, the game is a pale, emaciated shadow of sims 3 in terms of content, which also means much less interest from modders capable of making a mod like that. Remember that most people modding the game just make clothes, which doesnt require any scripting, so the pool of those capable of it is quite small.

I run Sims 3 on a quasi-potato and load times are about two minutes I think.
The size of a town is what really hurts loading times. If I started with an empty, small island and only wanted to put like eight sims in it, load time would be like 30 seconds.

Polygamy is also virtually impossible. There are mods to simulate it but they're buggy and don't handle jealousy properly.

As for loading, I was thinking only of the town loading, after the main menu. I forgot it does take like 5 minutes to get to the main menu, but at no point has loading taken me 25 minutes.
I'm willing to chalk this up to the fact that I try to limit the number of expansions/content installed and use small towns. The most I have ever used at once is seven and right now I'm at six.
At no point did I say the game wasn't inefficient or badly coded. Just that it doesn't necessarily take half an hour to load - there are ways to minimize save file bloat and loading times. Off the top of my head, I never take photos, I have Memories turned off, and I spend as little time in create-a-sim as possible. The game apparently never deletes any images generated by those features.

There are tradeoffs. I would love to be able to play with all the features turned on, all story progression modules, all expansions indefinitely.
