I think it's worth testing Mythic Manor, even though it's done with Honey Select models.
One problem with it, however, is that it was made for Patreon. Dev decided to make a gigantic scope to spend several years making money at Patreon.
Updates take a little over a month, so I think the game will take about 2 years, at best, to get it done. But it already has enough content, although it is in version 0.2.
I personally did not like it, to be honest. But the vast majority found a good game.

Milfy City is new, definitely worth it since ICSTOR usually finishes his games. Dark Neighbourhood is ok too, only 2 chapters so far, though. Zombie's Retreat is ok, I guess, but not a lot yet, Town of Passion (same creator) is pretty dope, though.There is also Insexual Awakening, one of the bests games currently, if you ask me. My summer with mom and sis isn't really that new, but it's close to getting finished at least.

I'm not sure if it's western or not, but Valiant Warrior Astrid is a great RPG. The villagers actually say various things, and it's immersive, and contains a fair bit of content for it's current build, granted it's still missing some of the good content, but at least it doesn't have cuck shit.
