He's made a bunch of different games that I've enjoyed like Let Me In and the Crossworld series. In regards to the Pervert Action titled games though, you're absolutely correct. They're generally just the same game but with different settings. They also tend to run like complete shit because he's trying to shove a ton of audio and visual assets into a system that can barely handle it due to being designed primarily for text based game.
He's proven that he can do good work, or at least work that I enjoy, but he seems overly focused on big, time consuming projects that mostly turn out to be garbage.
