Algo que sé es que el entretenimiento (juegos, peliculas, anime y en su peor forma, la pornografía) es una forma fácil de tener dopamina, y si tienes mucha dopamina los receptores de dopamina que tienes se van a joder y vas a necesitar de mucha más dopamina de la que necesitabas originalmente para sentirte bien, y si no, disfruta de la depresión y de tener sintomas similares al TDAH.
