Installing the japanese language pack on windows seems to make every japanese game JUST WERK. No garbage characters at all.

Any boss you beat can be talked to in the basement of the church afterwards since that's where they're being held. Talk to them enough and Mikami gets friendly with them enough that they want to have sex with her. Doing so means they make her a futa so that she can impregnate them, the impregnated egg cell then carries over Mikami. She can also do this with Sister Shii around the end of the game.
