I used to work out quite a bit and developed nice legs and butt, if I do say so myself. Depression and loneliness afected me tho, and made me stop working out.

Now I want to pick it all up again. And what about you, girls? Does any of you work-out? Do you have any routines to follow? And, if you don't, what do you suggest?

Overall, I feel like shit lol.

Puking isn't just dangerous for your teeth. It's called stomach "acid" for a reason. It's there to break down food, and it will break down your body too if it's allowed to. Your stomach is only exempt from this because of your stomach lining which is constantly being reproduced to fight against your stomach acid. Your esophagus doesn't have this which is why vomiting can often have a strong burning sensation with it.

Normally you don't vomit enough for this to be an issue as your body only vomits when it needs to expel something dangerous out of itself asap, but forcing your body to vomit much more often than normal can be bad as parts of your body not equipt to handle stomach acid is now constantly handling it.

I think you're approaching this wrong. You're too caught up in, what would be the word, "pseudo-nutrition?"

Getting in shape is pretty simple, actually. Especially if you're trying to lose weight and not bulk.

>lift/strength training (whatever would build muscle)

>protein

Cardio really doesn't burn too many calories, nor does it give you a good figure.

It's primarily for endurance, hence why you see athletes like boxers doing it instead of strictly just weight lifting and practicing.

And before you try to come up with some excuses, no it's pretty much impossible to "accidentally get big."

Since you need to intake a crazy high amount of nutrients, constantly, in order to get huge. As well as lift some seriously heavy weights.

You could very easily just get to a decent figure, and then never increase the amount of weight you're lifting. That would basically be "maintenance" which would keep you from losing muscle mass, but you wouldn't be making gains either.

Also if you need another reason. Muscle training will get rid of more fat than the same time spent running.

This can actually mess up your teeth. When exposed to strong acids the outer layers of the tooth soften, making them much more susceptible to abrasive wear. Brushing them in the softened state can actually wear the outer layers faster.

I've never been fat, but have always been out of shape, which I've been changing as of late. I recently got membership at a gym that's a 20 minute walk from my house that I go to 3 times a week.

I think I'm making some progress, because I took a break from the gym last week because real life was getting in the way and JESUS I feel like a fatass. Even though I know I'm not fat, I still feel like it.

It's weird, I used to hate exercise as a child but now, I really like going to gym and getting lost in my own world lifting weights and listening to music for about a hour.

The theory is that fasting brings your body into a panic mode that shuts off your stomach and starts metabolizing fats.

Of course it's advised to fast for multiple days to maximize the weight loss (since the first day is kind of wasted for you to get into said panic mode) but at the same time you don't want your potassium and vitamins to drop too low.

hey, it happens. every day is another one to wake and strive for goals. i wanted to point out a few things about fasting. these are biochemistry principles that broadly apply to any type of fasting.

fundamentally, fasting is about lowering blood glucose levels, which lowers insulin levels, thus removing the block on burning body fat. high insulin prevents fat burning and promotes nutrient uptake by cells, fat cells included.

there are a handful of fasting methods. every other day. 2 days out of the week. every day, restricting your eating window to only 5-7 contiguous hours. all of them work roughly equivalently. i usually time restrict daily (3pm lunch+, 8pm dinner++) and 24h fast once a month.

one helpful method for a 24h fast is to fast after dinner one evening to dinner the next night. you go to bed full. many hours are while sleeping, and the next day isn't too bad.

if you have to munch, then 100% avoid carbs. no carbs. a spoonful of mayonnaise. a can of black olives. an avocado with a little salsa. whatever. point is, though, that if you're going to break your true food fast, at least keep up the carb fast.

fasted walking in the morning is your best friend.

regarding panic mode, it's close, but not technically correct (no bully intended). human metabolism is perfectly fine in a fasted state, and many humans on this Earth spend equal or more time fasted than fed.

there are 3 gears in metabolism. think of them as immediate (ATP), intermediate (glucose/glycogen), and long/slow (fat burning). your body flips between immediate and intermediate every day, between meals. getting your body to burn fats takes time. new enzyme beds need to be made. entire metabolic pathways supporting fat burning need to be supplied. it takes time to switch over to efficient fat burning, and the body needs periodic practice at it before it can switch quickly.

fasting is good 'metabolic exercise'. don't get discouraged if you only make it part way the first few times. don't see it as failure. you were burning fats as soon as your liver dumped its glycogen and your insulin was low.

Personally, I like a nice ass. Not everyone is able to have great tits, but everyone can work out and get a nice ass. To me it shows that they care, to some degree about their health. So that is where I tend to look. Ass, hips, stomach.

As for dieting suggestions i've been trying out a carb cutting diet. Well not actively cutting, just kinda subconsciously doing it. I eat high protien in the morning. shift towards veggies later in the day. Focus on protien, fat and veggies. The idea is eat things with low glycemic index. High GI foods tend to cause one to crave more food, while low GI has you being less hungry.

I find myself eating about twice a day now, never feeling hungry, and occasionally snack on nuts. Combined this with exercise and i've been feeling higher energy.

Also, personal editorial: Stick to yoga and cycling. Spot training is bullshit, but in my experience those two forms of exercise have the least negative effect on tits.

Also instead of implants, might I suggest Ovarian Glandular? I have a list of breast growth supplements, but I'm pretty sure that's the single most effective ingredient.

I didn't either. I have a "visual spacial disorder" which as a child just meant my handwriting was shit and I lacked the balance to ride anything on two wheels. I had to retrain my brain as I grew up, but the result of the extra effort turned into ridiculously good reflexes, fantastic hand eye coordination, and an insanely high spatial IQ score.

I haven't taken the time to adjust to a bike either though, or a jet ski. A motorcycle would be a guaranteed death sentence to me, you're not that weird.

I meant an exercise bike, those don't require any balance, and you can watch tv or whatever and not really think about the riding.

And when it comes to boobs, losing weight and the "droppage", you don't have to worry about it too much, I would recommend that you ad some chest workouts too, but nothing really close to a /fit/ level, also, try to gradually reduce the amont of carbs and kcals that you are eating each day, since a slow process tends to be benefitial on the long run (aka no loose skin and saggy breast)

Because of our bigger breasts and buttocks and smaller shoulders than men we actually lean differently during lifts. I have particularly big breasts and buttocks so I should know.
