What you're requesting sounds a lot more normal than anything you can get done here, so it will be an eternal struggle to get the board you want up and running effectively as you want here.

I've seen some things that disgust me here on every board I've visited, but I wouldn't request it's removal if it's not done to troll. You might have to suck it up regarding things you don't like occasionally if it doesn't break the rules.
