You should get access to a VPN, although some governments sperg about those and try to block them, too.
tor can also work if you live in a country where being caught using a VPN to bypass banned websites can get you in to trouble, although browsing with tor these days can be a challenge since so many people like to abuse it. maybe try a combination of tor and a http proxy service in that case.
