So thailand is the only option because there are many doctors who do such operations without following wpath regulation, the issue is finding one who will do it for the money and has quality results, heard that there are some clinics that can make up a letter on spot.

Though a long term issue is that you ll have to keep getting testosterone pills or whatever which is a small annoyance

Now i know they are slowly trying to move to transplanting normal vaginas but this is still new, maybe after a few years, and even if you do that you ll need to remove the estrogen production centers

Going to Thailand would probably be the cheapest and quickest route like everybody else is saying, but quality is a huge issue. You'll most likely end up with something that looks like an empty sausage casing if they botch it, and I'm sure it's not very easy to sue over there.

I do actually know a few guys that have gone through with it in the US though. They faked wanting to be full trans to their doctors and did the two years of therapy and hormone replacement, which seems like the most common route. The hormones were the worst part, because you basically go through second puberty and get the dreaded titties. Once they told their doctor "oopsie I made a mistake" and got back on testosterone though, they seemed pretty happy with the results. They had pretty extreme gender dysphoria before though, like actively hating on their penis on a daily basis. So I'd say make sure it's not just a fetish first, cuz there ain't no goin back once they chop it off.

Yeah, I guess I do mean genital dysphoria. Although it's sort of a 50/50 split among cuntmen whether they identify their gender as a full male, or as a different gender entirely. That gets too much into pronoun territory though, and I generally let people call themselves whatever the hell they want.

Aesthetic genital surgery isn't something I know too much about, since I'd imagine it's not super common for a dude to be getting a pussy shape-up. But I can't really see them denying that though. The big irreversible part is already done, so what's the harm? Whatever they do after that to make it look prettier is probably just considered cosmetic surgery.

As far as hormones, you'd be taking them on a regular basis. Pills would probably be once or twice a day, injections once a week or two. And missing them could really fuck you up. On top of constant dilating, it's a LOT of upkeep.

In my friend's case, they were super happy with the result. But like I said...bad whatever-dysphoria. They had severe depression up until that point. I feel like I'm sort of in the same boat as you though. I'm not extremely unhappy with having a dick, and the current methods are extremely crude. But if medical science advanced to the point where I could have a 100% fully authentic and functioning pussy (or at the very least, I found the one-in-a-million surgeon with good results and no regulations), I'd probably do it in a heartbeat.

Honestly i will try to do it in the future sometime after i have enough $$$ and found a good doctor without many regulations or ones who have a way to fake those requirements. I've never heard of the gels or patches, but it makes sense that they exist I guess. Although I don't know anybody personally that uses them. They sound a thousand times easier than getting injections though.

Dilating is pretty intense at first. As soon as the surgery is done, your body basically tries to shrink the area down and close it off like a wound. You get a dilator kit which is basically a bunch of different sized dildos. You start at a comfortable size and hold it in for like 10 minutes a few times a day. After a few months or a year, you can lessen the dilating and toying around generally becomes enough to keep it stretched out properly.

I guess it makes sense about doctors not wanting to touch another surgeon's work. Each surgeon basically has their own technique and each surgery uses different amounts of skin depending on what's there, so I guess a new doctor doesn't want to take a risk on ruining something if they don't know what's there.
