Seems like they're just begging for attention deep down, but don't you DARE call them out for it, or you'll be treated to their special liberal terminology (gaslighting, for example).

I'm too weak-willed to say anything, either. I could compliment them for it, but 75% of the time it'll go ignored because I'm not in their circle. 20% of the time people get called a creep for complimenting. Then there's the rare 5% you do get noticed, but the response will be bland. Sexual attraction is a curse.
