Mere words cannot possibly convey how much bullshit this is. For one thing, corpses and the parts thereof are considered biological waste and unless you follow official channels it's illegal to do this. You can't just ask for your dead mother's body parts for display in your home or whatever use. All you can get is ash from a cremation because that's a procedure that causes complete destruction of all biological material (and it's not even ash; it's calcium compounds from the bones).
Second, this story has been circulating the internet for more than a decade, and never has this part been mentioned before. I recall someone mentioned once they were real bones (and then someone pointed out some details that made it obvious they were most likely fake ones), but never of anyone he knew, certainly not his mother. So the fact that a new bit of information has just popped up out of nowhere, now after all of these years, makes it 100% assuredly bunk.

It's not like some sizable portion of the con-goers were having sex. But yes, because the woman in the group was drunk, by Oklahoma law it was statutory rape. Con staff went and stopped the activity, and banned the three.
The con got cancelled specifically because con staff refused the request (just a request, no subpoena) to turn over the full personal details of every registered con-goer to the state DA, who said they needed to question everyone to see if the con staff's (and actual witnesses') claims as to what happened were correct. Keep in mind that the incident occurred the day before many people arrived at all. After con staff refused, the park refused to host the con. The following year, at a different state park, got cancelled because some dipshit contacted the park and said, "hey, these guys got banned from that park last year, you should toss them out too."
Con staff also noted that the park staff told them to tell male couples not to hold hands. Park staff approached some attendees and told them they appeared to be druggies.
