No one should EVER criticize my art, constructive or not. I'm skilled enough as an artist to realize my own shortcomings and I don't need "advice" from some 72 IQ non-artist that'll stick in my brain and cause me anxiety for the next 3 months.

Really should work on perspective and anatomy. If you are going to to any cartoony style or a combination of real world and exaggeration you need a grand grounding in those skills. Clearly hiding behind the tripe so you can always scurry away claiming this and that is a justified response to insulate your very, very fragile ego. However, what are these shortcomings and will you ever admit them?

You can do good work, but you got these demons that you allow to overwhelm your mind. You become your own worst enemy.

The sign of a skilled artist is allowing and accepting criticism. You want to overcome this crippling problem? Embrace your problems and turn your shortcomings into your greatest assets. Stop the worry and let go of your internal shame. There will be shitheads, but there will be snippets of truth in it all. Learning to love the truth they inadvertently give you will be a powerful tool. If you embrace those shortcomings they can't be used against you for you have already won.
