Eating shit is an extremely hazardous thing to do!

Unlike urine which is sterile providing there are no infections along the urinary tract, faeces is full of germs and bacteria. Eating your own should still be reasonably safe as your body’s defences will be able to suppress bacteria from yourself, unless there is a cut or tear anywhere along the alimentary canal and they get into your bloodstream.

Eating other people’s is much worse, introducing “foreign” bacteria your body isn’t used to could lead to all sorts of problems.

Just be careful mate.
