I heard this Cockroach gum is good and ordered some, should be here by tuesday but what about these commercial jaw toners?
Are they placebos and has anyone tried either of the three?

If it's truly your jawline, fix the alignment/posture of your temporomandibular joints and take vitamin K2 (MK-4). If it's fat and water under your chin, you mainly need a faster metabolism and more thyroid hormones. Exercise won't hurt your jaws, but the effects of gum on the health of teeth and enamel is often questionable.

When I get the chance i will make a more detailed post regarding this, but for now keep in mind that bodyfat can hide a jawline, and getting to around >10% bodyfat can bring it out. also most chewing accessories mostly work out masseters. ill keep posted when i get the chance.

Ive read that the postmodern fish mouth comes mostly from people not chewing on shit, because everything is preprocessed, soft garbage. Ive started eating raw carrots a week ago, they are also pretty tasty and satiate you for almost no cals.

I'm a rather thin guy ane have a nice jaw, but what's bellow bothers me a little. The thingy below my chin is a little bit fat. If I "suck" my tongue it gets a little better, but that would straing my teeth and muscles. How do I lose it?

Push your tongue as far out of your mouth as you can, do this often.
Surely this will remove your double chin
