I need help getting /fit/ while indoors. What workouts are good for burning calories while indoors? I need workouts with reps/sets for a weakling beginner. I use a treadmill from time to time and it feels like a weak exercise. I am not in a very good spot with my health and pretty much obese, but I have the inspiration to continue (lost 40lb so far).

stats:

195lb

5'8"

I also regained 10lb from crashing a few months.

It was a lot harder getting closer to these weight loss goals when the decline started. It lost 50lb with calorie counting/cutting and light/intermediate exercise. I think I cut too much back then when I gained 10lb. I also stopped being disciplined and ate crap with general excuses. I think when it gets to this range, and you aren't dropping so much weight when you're obese, weight loss gets slower and needs more dedication.

Exercise is very difficult for me.

If you're at home you can try any bodyweight routine, won't get yu really far, but with time certainly enough to be fit, i'd replace the treadmill for jumping rope.

Congrats on your weight loss btw. I would recommend taking very short rests in between sets like 30 secs you obviously wont be able to lift as much but it will be a whole lot more intense.

If ur fat and wanna get fit u can sit around without eating for weeks on end and while ur doing that u can read stickies. A couple weeks of this routine will cause u to not be a newfag

>Not doing the best ever, high intensity, team building, high test sport out there - hockey

You. Will. Not. Make. It.

And not like jump rope is cheap or you could buy the kind that you like.

It's called being white bub, you should be able to withstand the cold unless you're a nigger. I'll go out in a single pair of pants to get to the gym and I know one Russian descendant who literally wears only shorts and a t shirt during this time of year.

BURPEES ;)

Also, if you don't feel tired from treadmill, then up the angle and do sprints on a high speed for HIIT.
