Can I substitute my cardio with either one of these? I already lift and I hate, not dislike but fucking hate cardio
And that's all these games are, cardio. It at least makes it kind of interesting

What exactly do you hope to get out of cardio? Are you fat? Trying to lose fat? Lifting is enough to lose fat. If lifting on a regular schedule isn't enough to lose fat, you have too much fat in your diet.

Either lift lighter and faster or join an actual sport. If your gut isn't going away that probably means your diet is shit. You do know what a cut is, right?

Describe your gut and your diet. Some people eat things which inflame the intestines, and the waist becomes bloated and tense. That will prevent fat loss around the waist. Does your belly feel relaxed while you breathe? Do you get constipated? Are you regular? Do you get gas? Do you have IBS? These are all things to keep in mind while journeying to a lean torso. The belly must be comfortable to breath easy. Then fat sometimes just melts away by hardly doing anything.

You can be lean without running. Running can be effective if you know what you're doing. Most people don't know what they're doing. The idea most people have in mind is to run themselves ragged. That's counterproductive and there's no point in being hard pressed to raise stress hormones. A few easygoing sprints at 70-80% intensity for 50-100 meters without getting winded 1-2 times per week is all most people need. If somebody has proper leg days with weights and barbells, it tends to lean towards short sprint sessions without the highest intensity. If somebody doesn't do heavy resistance training for their legs, they could more confidently do 3+ times per week, especially if specializing in sprinting.

fuckin stupid burgers making excuses there is no substitute for cardio doing intervals is only possible for those who have a cardio base you are lazy pos running for a 1 minute walking for 1 minute you think the majority of the population can do fucking sprinting track workouts aka proper intervals like track athletes do after developing a base of steady state running? you honestly think this is realistic and preferable/healthier than everyone running for 30-45 minutes 3x weekly fuck cardio everone do HIIT. you can be "lean" without running but you cant be fit fitness is literally measured by running on a treadmill and measuring the amount of oxygen the person consumes and dividing it by their bodyweight you have no understanding of fitness whatsoever go be gay somewhere else
