I'm meticulous about my calories and macros. Yesterday I looked pretty decent been cutting for a while. Lost a few lbs and inches off my waist. But then today I'm bloated and my weight went up. What does this? I've been taking diuretics and shit and never eat more than one meal a day in the morning for breakfast and still been making gains. I'm curious is it really water that gets sucked out to fill where fat was as some people say? Reminds me of pic related. Sometimes my gut pops out like a pregnant womans even though I haven't eaten or drank that day. And other times its shrunken in like a vacuum pose almost.

One meal a day will increase stress. One meal a day + exercise will increase stress even more. Estrogen is a stress hormone. If you want to increase estrogen, you should have a bad diet (infrequent feeding and low in carbs, high in fat) and lifestyle that induces chronic stress. If you want to increase water retention and bloat, you should increase estrogen.

You should definitely drink enough bro, and make sure to get your electrolytes as well if you fast. Shouldn’t have that much bloating if you are healthy. Sure, inflammation, sodium etc can cause some bloating, but that’s just 2lbs or so maybe

The men with the most estrogen have the highest testosterone. Estrogen leads to structural gains of the body when in concert with testosterone. An old man with no fat, and low test will suffer from weaker bones, while the fatter old man will not.

If you want to grow you can't be afraid of estrogen. Just increase the testosterone and focus on your goals.

Does your gut grow from eating a huge breakfast or what? Don't worry about it. Take in more salt and animal oils; see what happens.

Working out heavy before the age of 25 for some bone gains plus continous exercise and maybe TRT into old age will keep you healthy much more efficiently and prevent bone loss. The interplay between estrogen and testosterone are not that simple that more or less estrogen is necessarily a good or a bad thing
