Over the last two years I've tried putting on weight to only end up fat again whilst changing my routine periodically and autisticly following both my diet and routine, now as a skinny fag who might be stronger than your average normie but still is weak as fuck, I've decided it might be worth it to turn in my natty card.

Of course, my decision isn't baseless, for one, you will never get big as a natty. You might look decent but never big.

Second, simply injecting yourself with a moderate dose of testosterone will make you bigger while doing nothing but eat than your natty self trying his best (Source: https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJM199607043350101)

Third, the number of my age might grow, but my test levels aren't. If I want to keep a healthy Testosterone level I'll be forced to inject myself.

Tl;DR Natty liftings benefits are very slim, injecting yourself after learning how to properly eat and lift is far more beneficial.

Does this mean high fat, low carb? High fat increases estrogen and other stress hormones. Low carb increases cortisol and adrenaline. High fat, low carb means a catabolic, diabetogenic diet that is likely to stop gains prematurely. A high protein, low fat, high sugar diet is anabolic (works best with fruit) and increases androgens. Fructose promotes cholesterol production, and cholesterol is the precursor to steroid hormones.

He is right though, it doesn't necessarily mean high sugar diet, but high carbs, preferably complex ones, like in veggies. Even fructose in actual fruits, since they accompany many essential vitamins and micro nutrients.

I see there is some confusion, my diet can be categorized as moderate, I do eat a good amount of carbs but I do in fact keep my sugar levels low. I do not shy away from fat, but in short, I try to eat less refined food and either buy it from quality vendors or simply make it myself.

If you can’t do 1/2/3/4 for reps after those two years there is probably something wrong with the way you train, assuming your diet and sleep are good as you say. Do you do enough volume overall?
