I'm going on a fast and I would like to hear /fit/ experiences as my stomach begins grumbling. Before anyone suggests, I get plenty of exercise. This is about control or my lack thereof when it comes to eating. I will be drinking water as I plan to continue exercising and don't want to get dehydrated. Other than that, I would like to hear tips and what warning signs to look for when I've gone too far.

Don't do it past a few days, diminish the intensity of your training,drink a lot of water constantly throughout the day. That's basically it.
