>Inb4 overload the bar with so much weight the pain in your muscles overloads the pain in youe head.

Fuck you Jim, the reload made me lose my subject.

This post was supposed to ask

>How do you do lift while having a headache or other pain.

either you're a pussy, or you're not eating enough carbs/calories, or you're not sleeping enough, or some combination of the three.

oh it's headaches? idk, I don't get headaches, never understood them really. guess a lot of people just have defective heads

This. You should be failing because your muscles are incapable of moving any weight, not because of pain.

Did the headaches start during training? If so they may be a result of incorrect / not breathing, that can give you some pretty bad headaches that take a good while to go away. Might take over a week until you can lift without getting the headaches again, keep it light during that time. Next time make sure you breathe during or between every rep. If it’s not the breathing it may be dehydration, lack of proper recovery or of course an underlying medical issue you need to get checked out

No it was one day due to going 10 hours without eating, but I made the post just incase it ever happens again.

Ah fair, usually shouldn’t happen but if it was a one off thing you might have just been really low in blood sugar. There’s definitely something to be said for timing your meals to work best with you training, but shit happens, sometimes you just need to back off and come back another time.
