I work 12-16 hour shifts at a labor job. Two days a week off then I do two full body workouts. Get no time for cardio or any energy for bodyweight before or after work. I'm not eating the best. How fucked am I for gains? Prior to this worked out straight 4-5 days a week.

I'm kinda like a fat flabby guy with some muscle mass. It's hard to restrict calories at what I'm at and not fuel up on shitty foods. You get 15 mins to eat. I mean I could spend all week preparing foods but on my weekends off I'm usually doing other labor work I need to do. Weight lifting is something I get hardly anytime to do. Same as fitness. But something gotta change I'm a ugly piece of shit atm.
