This one. Though the leg raises will have you laying on your back, at least until you progress to the more gymnastic moves.

Guessing bad SI joint pain? Fix that shit ASAP.

I had it pretty bad for some months. Had my back and hips readjusted, then I rolled it out every day. Regular rollers were too soft to get the deep stuff. A large diameter pvc pipe did the trick.

Do bridges to rid you of back discomfort.

We have a lot of small muscles nearest out spine and not many people alow them to get stretched or worked.

If everybody practiced bridges in the world 99% of lower back injury and surgery would be eliminated.

The most elite for of bridges is stand to stand or back handspring.

Furthermore, you can work up to that bridge everyday for 20 minutes a day and sufficiently work your body into a /fit/ state provided you eat small meals 5-6 times daily and drink lots of water.
