I take Men's One a Day and I started lifting weights at the same time recently, and I notice that I now constantly want fuck things with my dick. I mean I can jackoff twice a day and still get a hard on and then cum, very little cums out at that point but I still want to have sex. I'm 30 btw. No way lifting weights alone does this, so I think this multivitamin must be the cause.

I thought about also taking a testosterone booster on top of the multivitamin because I don't feel like waiting two years for real gains, this one in particular:

https://www.amazon.com/Prime-Labs-Testosterone-Booster-Caplets/dp/B01MQ1JLWY/ref=sr_1_3_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1537460054&sr=8-3&keywords=testosterone+booster

Now, I've read that the booster also increases libido, so I'm kinda scared of what that might be like if I'm already having an increased libido from the multivitamin.

Also, people casually say none of this works and it's all "placebo" in your head, but if your libido is objectively getting increased, then that logically must mean your muscles are also being affected by the supplement as well since nothing in your body is mutually exclusive.

opinions, thoughts, experiences? I want to explode my natural T as high as possible without resorting to steroids because honestly at 30 I feel like I waited too long and am out of time.

I don't take any multi-vitamins and had the same thing when I started lifting. It's normal. I don't do nofap but I'm all about fap-less. I probably jerk it once a week at most, usually after a workout.

The test boosters are mostly aphrodisiacs. Will increase your body temp and make you sweat a bit, so they 'work.' If you're vitamin deficient, vitamins can 'increase test' by returning magnesium and zinc levels to normal. Higher levels of magnesium and zinc wont benefit you. D-Aspartic Acid will boost test by about 40% until you develop a tolerance. Healthy levels of vitamin D will boost test if you're deficient, might give a slight boost from 20% to 100% if you get full body exposure via sunlight. Fenugreek has slight anabolic properties. DHEA can boost test levels slightly. Ashwagandha 'raises' test by stopping elevated cortisol levels from inhibiting testosterone production. There are a few other anti-estrogen products that reduce the conversion of hormones into estrogen.

Don't think increased libido comes from testosterone only. Raising test will raise libido, but it's not the only thing. Even if you were to take everything on this list, roids would be more effective. Probably cheaper.

Lift heavy. Rest well. Eat well. Get plenty of sunlight.

Ingredients in the test booster I've been using. Definitely makes me horny as fuck.
