Get a Philips OneBlade. It's an electric shaver that goes ALMOST as close as a razor but closer than most beard/body hair trimmers. Never had itching from it. They're like $30, I've got one for my face and one for my dick.

I hate when my pubes get too long, it's uncomfortable. trimmed feels way better and I find that my libido is higher with trimmer pubes for some reason, especially like a day after trimming. shaved would probably be even better but I don't wanna risk putting a blade down there. I already forgot the guard once and sliced open a fordyce's spot, apparently there's cheese-like stuff in there. fortunately it healed perfectly in a couple days, I was pretty worried about it getting infected or not healing properly. ALWAYS use the guard

If razors make you itch, try using an epilator instead. It's more painful, but it will last for much much longer and shouldn't cause any itchiness.

There are also some depilatory creams/powders. Magic Shaving Powder is the /cutebois/ approved brand :^)

You could also look into laser hair removal, but that works best for dark hair/light skin. Also it's expensive.
