I think I am going to die.

I've never done any exercise.

Sometimes when I'm a bunch of hours at the PC and suddenly I get up (like going to the bathroom) I feel like dizzy, my head feels like exploding, there's a few seconds blackout and It all last a few seconds.

Today I helped moved a furniture, I was sweaty, feel like shit, feel dizzy and overall It was unpleasant.

Am I going to die?

That could be lethal. Make sure to see a doctor about it. Sounds like a Transient Ischemic Attack. You might be at risk of getting a stroke any moment now. They can check and treat you for embolisms.

If that's dealt with just start eating good things and doing resistance training.

google tells me is ortosthatic hypothension.

It's likely that's true, especially if the symptoms are very immediate to standing up.

I actually had something like that myself, but I never had any headaches, or a complete blackout for that long. Apparently it can be a thing though.

I'd still check to make sure. You'll have to find a way to deal with the both either way.

You could try checking your blood pressure. Maybe you're actually suffering from hypothension in general.

It only last a few seconds when I suddenly get up.

I think starting to do cardio will fix it.

I had/have(?) postural hypotension, it was mostly due to rapid growth in my teens but I still get it a little sometimes since I have somewhat low blood pressure. If you feel it coming on either brace yourself or hold your breath and force blood into your head, I find the latter pretty much always works since my dizzy spells aren't quite as severe anymore, though they'll likely help regardless.

I get that too. I'm not dead yet, so it's fine.

Well obviously it's from spending a bunch of hours on the PC, then you get a massive headrush because you suddenly get active.

Tbh we can't help you more than to say get off your fat ass and go on a walk, you breathing, talking lardbag.

Fapping and pacing around my house talking to myself are the only two forms of exercise I really get anymore. I usually pace around my house talking to myself for around 1-2 hours a day.

You’re fine, bro…

> ortosthatic hypothension.

So that's what it's called

I get this shit all the time, fuck, the last few times I completely blacked out and fell to the floor.

I really need to start doing cardio.
