I don't even want to rock onto my side in bed. I'm phoneposting this OP because the alternative is to stand up and walk across the house, which sounds as desired as a root canal. I've always had bad DOMS, but missing a week's worth of workouts seems to have brought them back at full intensity. Just a week. I thought they were supposed to only come back if you completely let yourself go.

How do I prevent or treat this shit? I'm supposed to work out again today and I don't even want to stand up.

Ice bath. Magnesium sulfate baths can help inflammation, I've heard.

Take advantage of the sauna and ice baths at gym, it will take 3-4 minutes for all of your body to go numb and then almost or the soreness will happen at once and then just immediately go away it’s really satisfying

This can happen. I had a 2 weeks off due to injury and even after dropping weight I had crippling leg doms. If the doms effect your range of motion do not do the workout, let yourself heal. This will be a one off experience. You won’t experience this again.
