I don't even want to rock onto my side in bed. I'm phoneposting this OP because the alternative is to stand up and walk across the house, which sounds as desired as a root canal. I've always had bad DOMS, but missing a week's worth of workouts seems to have brought them back at full intensity. Just a week. I thought they were supposed to only come back if you completely let yourself go.
How do I prevent or treat this shit? I'm supposed to work out again today and I don't even want to stand up.
