Next time, try this:
>Cut 1kg chicken breast into thin fillets
>Mix 2 tsp salt, 2 tsp curry powder, 1 tsp black pepper, and 2 tsp red paprika together
>Season chicken on both sides
>Put a light amount of olive oil in a frying pan, and preheat to medium-high heat (7/10 on an electric stovetop)
>Use tongs to place the chicken in the pan, and flip it every 20 seconds or so
>Cool until ready (depends on how thin you cut the pieces)
>Let them sit for 2 mins and then serve
