Fellow thirdsgift fag here. It’s doable but takes a lot of focus. Gotta sleep and plan ahead.
I do my cardio and work outs after work and sleep in the afternoon.
Gotta stop drinking caffeine after work.
Meal prepping helps since the temptation for junk food is greater for us night owls.
Just stick to a plan and you’ll make it.
I’m pretty fit and am pushing 40 and have worked 3rd for almost a decade.
