Honestly what does it take to make it to the elite worlds strongest man level, is it really just genetics and gear? Guys like vid related (3rd strongest man in the world) make it seem like they just worked out for a few years and then became elite. In the case of the guy in the video he started working out at 16 and at 24 hes now elite level, the first competition he competed in he won and then the next one he did he got invited to the Arnold classic. What I'm saying is, is he really a genetic freak or is it just a combo of hard training and eastern block gear for years. Could someone with average genetics and a good training and roid cycle reach the same level?
