how do i get clear skin?

f7e5c4  No.142136

>generally eat healthy, sleep well and drink a lot of water.

>wash your face with cleanser, morning and night

>twice a week, use exfoliant

>after cleanser or cleanser+exfoliant, always use moisturizer

>if you're going out in the sun, use sunscreen. to make your life easier, you can get a moisturizer that has SPF and use that instead of the regular one if you're going out in the sun

>if you have problems with acne, try benzoyl peroxide

>wash your pillowcases often

>don't touch your face without washing your hands first

>certain foods may or may not trigger acne, such as peanuts and dairy products

all else fails, see a dermatologist.

also unrelated but you can get teeth whitening gel online and it actually works

never pick at or pop anything on your face, let it take care of itself. and you can use exfoliant once a week instead of twice if your skin is sensitive or if you're too lazy

I am assuming you are male. Get your estradiol checked. If it's over 35, use arimidex microdoses to bring it down to around 30. Then go over to /r/skincareaddiction. Figure out your skintype and problems and go through the suggested list of remedies.

I cycle benzoyl peroxide, retin-a, azelaic acid and salicylic acid. No product will work is my estradiol is high, I get nasty cysts under the skin that no skin product will reach if I don't take the arimidex.

I know you didn't elaborate on how you reached this conclusion, but serum estradiol is potentially misleading. High estradiol levels in tissues is a problem. That's where estrogens exert their biggest influences. If it's in blood, it's on the move at least, which is sometimes more neutral than good or bad, because it can be either on the way out via liver processing or on the way to a place to loiter for a while. A high serum reading is alarming but it can be taken as a sign of an organism experiencing liberation or degeneration. The larger context illuminates the direction of activity. I think a simultaneous indication of high prolactin would make high estrogen readings more concerning as would long term absence of other gonadal steroids.
