My uni has a free gym for students to use, would 1st pic work as a warmup on the treadmill, then use the Starting Strength as my main workout on 2nd pic be a good workout?

I guess you mixed up the two pics. If you're a novice though I'm not sure 20min cardio before lifting is advised. Either one or the other at a time, but I could be wrong.

I'd do the cardio after lifting, to warm up you just need to use low weights

Lose weight and do calisthenics everything else is bullshit lift rocks like a real man if you need more weight
