What's better, paused bench or touch and go? You can move more weight using touch and go but paused is much harder. I'm switching to paused bench now and I feel much weaker but I feel like it'll pay off in the long run.

Do you do paused or touch and go?

Better for what? Strength? Mass? Power? Endurance? Ego?

It all depends on why you're benching. If you ever intend on competing, you'll need to pause at least some reps, lots of people do a set with a pause on rep number one and touch and go on reps 2 through whatever, some like a pause on every rep of the competition movement. If you're not planning to compete, it really doesn't matter and neither is better for anything physical but non-competition-related, so do what you want.
