I get mad head rushes, pounding headaches, dizziness and want to throw up and run out of breath when lifting heavy or running. I was told to stay hydrated, dont drink, have a small snack, dont eat, eat a lot a hour before. Lots of conflicting answers but the results are the same. Me gasping on the floor ready to throw up. Fucks going on here? I don't even think I'm pushing myself all that hard either.

Try eating healthy food that tastes terrible, and exercise will seem like heaven in comparison, seriously after trying not to vomit 2 hours straight while stomaching down heavily spiced animal organs when you go to the gym and start using up that energy it feels way better.

Drink my patented █ Devilman Brew █: Put all the spices in your cupboard in a cup of very hot water, throw in Satan's Sauce (the spiciest cum known to the heavens), some oil of any sort, a little vinegar or brine from a jar of pickled foodstuffs, and drink it. Headaches and dizziness when your heart starts pumping hard is high blood pressure. If you're fat it's basically guaranteed. You should get your doctor to check and put you on BP meds so you don't have a fuckin heart attack trying to get yourself fit. You can stop them once you lose the weight.

If you're not fat, idk man. Low blood sugar?

For hydration, you should be drinking water all day anyway. You want your piss to be clear or light yellow tint. If it's darker then you're not drinking enough water. When you go to the gym, the amount of water you drink when you're already there doesn't affect much. The water you drank 30 minutes ago is what hydrates you.

Food, it's better not to lift on a full stomach just because your internal organs get compressed in weird ways when lifting heavy. But protein should be consumed right before or after your lifts, so it can be used by your body to immediately begin repairing the muscles you micro-tear.

I'll admit that I put olive oil instead of bacon grease in mine, and usually don't add the brandy or butter, but I was putting some alcoholic eggnog in there until I ran out.

I'll go with blood pressure's issue as mentionned before me. I'd say the throw up symptome comes from the heavy dizziness. Could be a genetic parameter or a defficient in something (Iron, zinc, who knows ?). Only one way to know is go get tested.

Don't try too hard in the meantimes.
