I'm 21 years old and earlier this year i weighed 397 pounds. Last month i got tired of it and stopped drinking everything except water and occasionally milk. I started lifting a 10 pound dumbell i had laying around and doing squats. 3 sets of 15 reps each arm and squats. I would then end it with 10 pushups and do more if i could. I did this 6 days a week for 2 weeks. I ended up losing 10 pounds. I forced myself to drink black coffee and now i like it. After 3 weeks i decided to join a gym. Working 3rd shift i knew i needed a 24/7 gym and thankfully there are multiple. It seems scary at first, but no one in there gives a fuck about what you are doing. They arent looking at you and judging you i promise. I have been going to the gym now for 2 weeks and i am down to 371 pounds. I dont follow a strict diet i just dont eat "trash food". Stop eating processed stuff, junk food, and candy. This alone will make you feel much healthier and will save you money. I eat a sandwich in the morning after work and working out at the gym for an hour. And then a meat and veggie for dinner with a glass of milk sometimes. Main thing is protien. 2 hours before clocming out at work to go to the gym i eat 2 snack sticks of mozzerella cheese. Dont stress of routines and strict diets. Just make healthy decisions and you will lose pounds.
