I'm going to transform.
I used to be a fat ass then I did keto to get rid of all the weight and I managed to lose too much. In an attempt to gain it back (and got a gf, now wife) I ended up falling in to old habits and lost a lot of strength and definition (I'm still skinny, just not as strong as I used to be, not skinnyfat either just nearing skeleton mode)
I'm going to post here bi-monthly to show progress. I study and work (50/50 each) and so I couldn't make this a daily thing. The reason why I'm posting this though is I want to try the diets/exercises that are either totally fucking useless or lolcow tier.
I want you to find me the worst fucking diet/work out routine and I want to see what happens starting from a 80kg, 6ft guy at base and seeing what the fuck they do to my body. I know Vegan Gains is a lolcow but let's try some actual shit.
