Hey fit, I've recently gotten into college again and I seriously need to lose some weight, I'm 6ft 8, 300 pounds. I've started an OMAD diet but with me being in college moneys a bit tight. Can anyone give me a basic diet plan with substitutes that I can buy on a budget?

Instead of 3 giant meals in one day break them down into smaller meals

In the morning when you wake up do all your exercise before breakfast, that way you can lose weight twice as fast

You should also try to intentionally starve yourself if you are serious about losing weight
