Drink water and drink milk. Occasionally, drink a beer, don't be a sissy. If you want to have a hot drink, drink black or green tea. Stay away from carbonated sugar jews, and you'll make it.

i drink an average of 164 oz of water a day. and up till the last couple days have only drank water and green tea. i haven't touched carbonated sugar in years. i have also by most people standers made it. im also lactose intolerant so no real milk for me. i just started drinking coffee and wanted to fit it into my diet because it has really helped me to stay high energy in the weight room.

Just brew some coffee black most protein powders are sweet enough to give the drink whatever sweetness needed

I don't know where you're from, so I don't know what kinds of coffee you have access to. Most coffee is decent if it isn't instant. Try the different varieties of coffee roasts and see which one you like best.

Just get whole roasted coffee beans and grind them up yourself. If you buy a bag of whole roasted beans, there will be a small vent on the front of the bag. This is a one way vent that allows carbon dioxide released by the beans to escape, preventing the bag from bursting open. When you squeeze the bag, you can smell the coffee beans. Just pick whichever variety smells best to you.
