I would just go HAM on calisthenics until your situation improves. Depending on your financial situation, you could get some crappy walmart weights, but it seems kinda pointless to me without a proper squat or power rack.

These are in the infograph thread but I'll post em here too. You don't really need any equipment to start getting strong, although if you want big (size) muscles you will need to lift at some point. Check the infograph thread too, I think there are a couple more images for working out when space/equipment is limited.
