What's a good snack that has between 250 and 350 calories and some protein?
I was counting my average eating day and there's a small hole that I need to fill with that snack.
I already eat (in no particular order):
>yogurt, honey and oats/seeds
>protein sandwich
>protein shake
>lunch (usually rice+dead animal)
>cereal with oats and grains
>dinner (usually rice+dead animal)
I fucking hate peanuts by the way.
