Heres a challenge for you fit. Ken Shamrock's gym the Lions Den was supposed to have an entry test for applicants that included:

500 squats

100 push ups

100 crunches

20 chin ups

Back to back no rest. I did it in 27mins56s and my cardio is shit.

What's your time?

I did everything but the squats pretty easy. Ken Shamrock used to do bodyweight squats for 15-30 mins a day. He used to lift and do roids but he still worked on endurance. Your probably a fat Jason Blaha kind of guy. Pic related

How are 100 crunches a challenge? I'm 220lbs and I can do that. Maybe I'm cheating on some of them, but then it should be zero problem for someone who's, say, 180lbs.

100 push ups is certainly doable. So are 20 chin ups. I couldn't do that now, and never reached that number when I was doing bodyweight several times a week, but I would have if I had stuck to it and not stopped because of an "injury". I want to punch my younger self for that.

500 squats is just cardio at this point, but is of course the point when you're expected to jump around in a ring for longer periods.

I'm pretty sure I can do infinite air squats with no added weight I'm mostly just pissed at the amount of time that would take and how pointless it is.

Again my grithitude hinders me here I can do 7-8x3 on a good day but 20 non stop forget about it
