How are 100 crunches a challenge? I'm 220lbs and I can do that. Maybe I'm cheating on some of them, but then it should be zero problem for someone who's, say, 180lbs.
100 push ups is certainly doable. So are 20 chin ups. I couldn't do that now, and never reached that number when I was doing bodyweight several times a week, but I would have if I had stuck to it and not stopped because of an "injury". I want to punch my younger self for that.
500 squats is just cardio at this point, but is of course the point when you're expected to jump around in a ring for longer periods.
