I'm half shitxican so I know your pain. I grew up on bean, goat cheese, and baguette bread "tortas" for lunch all my teenage years. You need to cut down on carbs and just eat a lot of low calorie meals every day. Do push-ups in between weight lifting to build an appetite, I usually due spaced sets of 10 pushups periodically throughout the day. I can buy a pack of 4 chicken breasts between 5-7 dollars depending on the weight. I also buy bags of precut vegetables to make a chicken soup (with lemon ;) that I have in a mug throughout the day.

Hey man it might just be the food you're eating, personally I can't eat eggs for breakfast because I get sick. The only exception is scrambled eggs. Usually u can't eat too much until about four hours after I wake up anyways, so I always end up overeating at dinner.

3500 isn't even that much, man. I get a chicken bacon sandwich where I live regularly and that's about 900 calories. If i had more money I could go through those like nothing, and that's just a single sandwich. I'm pretty sure a few glasses of milk, 4-5 eggs in the morning with some oatmeal would be nearly 1kcal. I'm a skinny manlet too, if I can have a 4 egg omelette in the morning you can too

How many times do you eat in a day OP? Probably the easiest way to eat more is to increase the number of meals. If you eat in the morning, have an early lunch, an afternoon meal, dinner and then another meal 2 hours before bedtime that is already 5 meals, which will make it a lot easier to eat more.
Don’t be afraid of calorie dense foods containing a good amount of fat, but obviously keep it healthy overall so don’t just stuff yourself with nutella toast etc. Trying to eat a lot of calories in the form of beans is pretty tough though to be fair.
Apart from that it may also help to make your meals a bit longer, eat whilst watching YouTube videos or something of the sort over a span of 30 minutes. Mostly you need to train yourself to eat more though, so slowly increase calories by maybe 100kcal a week and get used to that, the above advice may help make it a little easier for you
