Many fatasses try to "exercise away" a poor diet, and fail to comprehend that exercise is mainly a long term solution (yeah you burn some calories now, but the muscle you build will burn much more in the future). Given that most westerners do yo-yo "diets" of full effort (in their eyes, at least) instead of a long-term fatloss strategy. Add to all this, most normies severely underball the calories in their food and overball the calories burnt in cardio that I usually recommend average Joes to work on tightening their diets first instead of going out and walking for 20 minutes and then "rewarding themselves" with a large pizza and 2l bottle of Coke.
