Serious response to the ninja thing just for shit's and giggles. You're gonna need serious endurance and strength, forget getting swole, you need to be able to move. Focus your entire body, and do body weight exercises to develop coordination. I'm talking push-ups, squats, burpees, wall-sits, planks, pull-ups, chin-ups, hand-stands, etc etc. You need balance, reflexes, and flexibility. Practices stretching your entire body, do some yoga for all I care. Endurance is key, a ninja may need to run long distances to run from or chase down an enemy. Long distance running will be vital to achieving this. But don't forget to train your sprinting as well; a slow ninja is a dead ninja. You also need upper body strength, to pull yourself up and over obstacles and hang from ceilings and shit. One arm pullups will be essential to your workout. You will also need strong leg muscles, to kick in locked doors in a hurry. Don't forget to train 4 hours a day, at minimum, with each of the following
