Soon should lower leg day, and while I can push it away a further week or two until I can get new pads for my shoes, I shouldn't do that much longer.
I will have to go at it lightly because my forearms are already dead and couldn't sustain heavy deadlifting, but they're weak generally and some frequency should fix that in the long run.
What I don't know, though, is how to into diddylift and squats. I would rather focus on the diddylift, do some lighter sets with higher volume (no bully plz) and then maybe some heavier ones, and then do squats for reps at lower weight, not least of all because my squatting technique is abysmal and only volume can fix that.
What should I do then? I hate isolation exercises for the legs, but two compound lifts in a row sounds a bit unspecific. Any cool and fun isolation exercises, preferably ones that don't rely on the chromium kike?
Should I do barbell leg press in the squat rack and piss off the SS/SL kids that hate nothing more than innovation and people that aren't stalling on their pullups?
