That's it, I'm not going to deal with this any longer. I hate how my poop comes out soft an long. How do I make my shits rock hard? I don't care if it's unhealthy it's ultimately easier to clean up after a hard shit than a soft one. The soft one smears everything even if you pull your ass cheeks apart while taking it, the hard one's are god tier. What do I need to do /fit/? I want it rock hard, like it won't break even if hit with a hammer. Help me please.

Stop eating any fibre whatsoever. Fibre decreases the time food spends in the colon which is what makes it soft. Eat as much constipating food as possible. You're looking for things like

Alcohol

Highly processed grains

Milk + Dairy (more processed the better)

Red Meat

Fried foods / fast food

Caffiene

Chocolate / sweets

All of these have low fibre but very bulky or act chemically on the bowels to slow everything down. Your shit should come out like coal after this style of diet.

But seriously, the longer you hold it in, the more time your body has to suck the moisture out of it. If you're in pain, then obviously you should go, but if it's just a mild urge, then hold it.
