I got into bodyweight from barbells and weights as well as running. I got a weighted vest for increased progressions. I like the routines by Frank Medrano, Hannibal for King and Old School Calisthestics on YT. Reddit has a full body bodyweight routine with an app for it but it's too easy for me. I read alot of military fitness manuals for running and bodyweight stuff personally. Underground Warrior series is good. C Mass by Paul Wade is available online in pdf and so is the entire convict conditioning series.
